SENTRY

Hold it to the light before you buy.

Paste a contract. Sentry trades it in a sandbox, reads the code and prints one plain verdict.

Two readers, one verdict

  1. You paste an address

Sentry works out the chain on its own. Robinhood Chain first, then Solana and 26 more networks.

  2. ARGUS reads the chain

He buys and sells the token against its own pool in a sandbox, then checks the owner, the holders and who controls the liquidity.

  3. VERA reads the code

She pulls the verified Solidity and marks each function an owner could turn against you, with the line number.

  4. You get the verdict

SAFE, CAUTION, DANGER or RUG, a risk score out of 100, and the reasons in plain English. Scanning costs nothing and needs no wallet.

ARGUS watches the chain. VERA reads the code.

ARGUS

Named for the giant with a hundred eyes. He trades the token before you do.

  • Buys and sells against the live pool: Uniswap V2, V3 and V4, hooks included
  • Re-tests a failed sell as an ordinary holder, so anti-sniper rules don't read as honeypots
  • Owner powers, proxies and owners who can come back after renouncing
  • Holder concentration with pools, lockers and burns set aside
  • The launch minute: snipers, bundled buys, and who still holds

VERA

Her name means truth. She reads the verified source function by function.

  • Mint, blacklist, fee setters, pause switches and upgrade paths
  • Guarded power apart from open power: a fee capped at 10% reads different from an uncapped one
  • Every finding cites the function and the line, so you can check it yourself
  • Unverified code counts as a finding too

What a scan covers

Six security features print on every note. Here they are on the latest one Sentry issued.

  1. A real sell, before yours

ARGUS buys and sells the token against its own pool and measures what comes back. A honeypot lets you in and refuses the sell; this is where it gets caught.

  2. Owner powers

Mint, pause, blacklist, fee switches, upgradeable proxies. Renouncing turns them off; a hidden owner turns them back on, and Sentry looks for that too.

  3. The code, by line

    41function setFees(uint256 b, uint256 s) external onlyOwner {
    42    buyFee = b;
43 sellFee = s; // no cap: a 99% sell fee is one call away
    44}

  4. Who holds it

The top wallets with pools, lockers and burns set aside, so a pool holding 60% doesn't read as a whale.

  5. Who controls the pool

LP tokens burned or locked on V2. On V3 and V4 the liquidity is an NFT, so Sentry checks whether a locker holds it or a wallet that can pull it.

  6. The launch minute

Who bought in the first 60 seconds, how many did it in the opening block, and how much of it they still hold.

Flagged before the floor fell

When Sentry flags a token that still has real liquidity, it keeps checking. If the pool drains afterward, the token lands here with both numbers.

    See who really holds it

The holder map draws each wallet as a star and ties together wallets that one address funded. Ten fresh wallets fed by the same parent show up as one holder.

Each scan goes on the record

The latest verdicts, newest first. Open any slip for the full report.

Night Watch keeps scanning after you close the tab

    • A watchlist of 50 tokens, re-scanned every 20 minutes
    • An alert when a verdict moves: SAFE to DANGER, a pool emptying, a proxy upgraded
    • Follow 25 Robinhood Chain wallets and see what they buy and sell
    • 60 fresh scans every 10 minutes instead of 12

Until $SNTR launches, every connected wallet gets Night Watch free. After launch it takes 1,000,000 $SNTR in your wallet. Sentry reads the balance and never moves it.

    $SNTR keeps the scanner free

Scanning stays free for everyone. $SNTR pays for the servers and the data, and opens Night Watch for the wallets that hold it.

    Questions traders ask first

    Is Sentry free?

Yes. Each visitor gets 12 fresh scans every 10 minutes, and cached verdicts don't count against that. Night Watch raises the limit to 60.

Do I need a wallet to scan?

No. Paste an address and read the verdict. You connect a wallet for Night Watch and for swaps on the Desk.

    What does SAFE mean?

Sentry found no mechanical red flags at scan time. The price can still go to zero, so size your position for that.

    Which chains does Sentry cover?

Robinhood Chain gets every check, including the buy and sell simulation and the launch-minute trace. Solana and 26 EVM chains get security fields from GoPlus, market data, and VERA's code read where the source is verified.

Where does the data come from?

The Robinhood Chain node, GoPlus, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Sourcify and Blockscout. Each report lists which sources answered for that scan.

    Can Sentry be wrong?

Yes. A contract can hide logic in unverified code or in a V4 hook, and a clean token can still dump. When a check could not run, the report says so and prints that check hollow.
